CANCELLATION
POLICY
- All
cancellations must be in writing.

Unpaid bookings may be cancelled without notice.
- If we receive cancellation prior to SEPTEMBER 15th your trip
you will be fully refunded, minus a $150 administration fee
per seat.
- If
you cancel prior to DECEMBER 15th, 50% is non –refundable
and the remainder can be transferred to another date that season
or refunded to you, less $150 administration fee per seat .

After DECEMBER 15th, all money on account is non-refundable.

If you find a replacement for your seat all deposits will be transferred to your replacement less a $150 administration fee.

Monies on deposit will not be carried forward to future seasons.

We reserve the right to cancel any ski package at any time.
Every attempt will be made to give you as much notice as possible.
Full refunds will be given in this case.
- No
refunds for cancellations.

No refunds are given for any unused portion of any trip, resulting
from late arrival or early departure, for extra transportation
costs or for any other reason.

No refunds for down days, for late skiing departures and/or early
returns.

No refunds for accommodation or meals that have been used.
- In
the rare case that skiing must be cancelled due to mechanical
failure, Snowwater will provide ski credits for the time missed,
which may be applied to another day.
- Snowwater
cannot be held responsible for weather–related issues
and the company reserves the right to decide when a credit is
appropriate for unfavorable conditions or weather-related cancellations.
- **** In this case we will provide you with a 50% credit towards the next season only or a 25% refund. $150 admin fee is applied to all credits. No exceptions will be made. Please note that credits are NOT transferable. Credits are valid until the end of the following season only. All credits MUST BE BOOKED NO LATER thank Dec 15 for the following season.
- If
you miss days either from illness, injury or other you will
NOT be refunded for the time missed. Please purchase insurance.
- Changes in reservations:
Any changes in either the length of stay or the date of trip are
subject to availability and an administration fee of $150 per seat.
THERE
ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Upon
making a reservation, all guests agree to the following terms
and conditions:
1. All guests are required to sign a release of Liability, Waiver
of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement before
participating in our trips. By signing this document you waive
certain legal rights, including the right to sue. Please read
this form carefully before signing. If you do not have access
to the internet and would like a copy sent to you please phone
us 1-800-766-SNOW or email us at snowwater.
2.All participants must be 19 years of age or older. If accompanied by a guardian we do allow skiers and riders over 16 if they are very strong skiers only and are able to perform the beacon training.
3. All guests are responsible for being on time. Late arrivals
and early departures will be subject to a extra fee.

4. Alcohol or non-prescription drugs
are strictly prohibited before or during skiing or riding.
5. Under no circumstances is the company responsible for the
clients’ inconvenience or travel expenses.
6. It is the client's responsibility to ensure proper entry through Canadian Customs and immigration if entering from outside Canada.
Snowwater Heli- Skiing Inc.
does not carry any form of insurance for our clients.
We strongly
urge you to purchase insurance in order to safeguard against
unforseen mishaps that can occur before or during your trip.
