Booking a heli skiing or riding trip at Snowwater Helicopter Skiing is quck and easy. Simply email or call our Reservations Coordinators, secure your package with a deposit, and then get ready for the best powder anywhere!
BOOKING A TRIP
Be ready to make the following choices:
- Length of stay (see Heli Packages to decide which Snowwater Helicopter Skiing vacation is best for you).
- Early, peak, or late season. You can view the tour dates on our Availability page.
- We do offer special deals for full groups of 12 if paying by one cheque and with a group organizer. Ask for details.
Once you know the Tour week and Package you are interested in, simply contact one of our Reservations Coordinators who will work with you to book and secure your vacation.

DEPOSITS
Snowwater Helicopter Skiing Packages are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your Package is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit (per seat).
Once we receive your deposit we will reserve your seat until the full payment due date, 90 days before the start of your trip.
After payments have been finalized, there is a form that we require you to fill out prior to arrival.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our payment options make it easy for you to secure your Snowwater Helicopter Skiing Package.
We accept some major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), money orders, bank wires and personal cheques (in Canadian or US funds only). Payment in US funds will be credited to your account at the daily exchange rate of the day of deposit. This rate is subject to change without notice.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you purchase both cancellation and medical evacuation insurance to protect yourself.
